- Aberdeen Chorus takes 5th place at Regional Convention

The annual Regional Convention of Sweet Adelines International for UK and Netherlands took place from 9th-11th May 2025 and the Aberdeen Chorus took home a 5th place medal in a very competitive contest.

The Aberdeen Chorus has recently returned from Kansas City where they represented the UK and Netherlands Region at the annual Sweet Adelines International Convention.
This was the first time at this event for most of the chorus members attending and a good time was had by all!

In May 2023 the Aberdeen Chorus competed in the UK and Netherlands Regional Contest of Sweet Adelines International and were delighted to be placed 2nd!
The high score acheived qualified them to compete in the International contest which was held in Kansas City, Missouri in October 2024.
